Customized Materials: The First Line of Defense

  • Valve Body & DiscWe specify super-austenitic stainless steel (e.g., 904L) or nickel-based alloys (e.g., Inconel, Hastelloy) for their proven resistance to pitting and sulfide stress corrosion cracking (SSCC) per ASTM G48.
  • Seat & Sealing RingWe utilize multi-layer laminated seals (e.g., Duplex + Graphite) or a primary metal-to-metal seat, providing a fire-safe, high-pressure barrier. For secondary sealing, we use specially formulated FKM or HNBR for H₂S resistance, tested to API 6A.
  • Stem & BearingsStems are often made from high-strength alloys like 17-4PH or Monel K500 to handle high torque and prevent shearing. Bearings are designed to withstand extreme loads without galling.

Optimized Structural Design: Zero-Leakage Assurance

  • Triple Eccentric GeometryThis advanced design eliminates friction between the seat and disc, drastically reducing wear and lowering operating torque. It creates a camming action that results in a repeatable, torque-seated, zero-leakage seal.
  • Dual Sealing CapabilityMany of our critical service valves feature a metal hard seal as the primary fire-safe barrier, with an elastic soft seal providing a secondary, independent shutoff. This redundancy achieves true zero leakage.
  • Pressure-Energized SealingThe valve's design intelligently uses the pressure of the process fluid to further energize the seal, strengthening its integrity as system pressure increases and ensuring containment under all conditions.
