From concentrated acids to universal chemical service, our valves are engineered to provide uncompromising reliability and safety in the harshest corrosive environments.
For Extreme Corrosion: Hot Concentrated Nitric & Sulfuric Acids, Wet Chlorine Gas
When PTFE's temperature or abrasion limits are exceeded, Hastelloy C-276 offers the ultimate defense. This nickel-molybdenum-chromium superalloy provides superior structural integrity and erosion resistance at high temperatures (up to 400°C). It is engineered to withstand the most aggressive media, offering exceptional resistance to pitting, stress-corrosion cracking, and oxidizing atmospheres that would destroy even high-grade stainless steels.
"Conventional valves were failing every six months in our 55% nitric acid lines, costing us over \\$500,000 annually. JRVAL's Hastelloy valves have eliminated unscheduled downtime and are on track to triple the service life."— Plant Manager, Kazakhstan Fertilizer Production View Engineering & Performance Data →

PTFE is virtually inert to all chemicals, making it the most versatile and cost-effective solution for a wide range of corrosive media. A thick (3-5mm), isostatically molded PTFE liner completely isolates the valve body from the process fluid, allowing for the use of a robust cast iron or carbon steel body. This provides excellent corrosion protection without the high cost of a full alloy valve, making it ideal for mixed-media systems.
"We handle dozens of different sensitive chemicals. The JRVAL PTFE-lined valves gave us the universal compatibility we needed, preventing cross-contamination and reducing our valve inventory costs by 40%."— Operations Director, Specialty Chemical Manufacturer Discover the Versatile Solution →
Ideal for dead-end service and frequent removal from piping. Provides a secure, bolted connection.

View DetailsThe Resilient Choice for High Temperatures, Oils, Fuels, and Moderate Chemicals
FKM (e.g., Viton™) excels in applications with high temperatures (up to 180°C) combined with aggressive chemicals, oils, and fuels. Compared to PTFE, FKM offers superior flexibility and "memory," providing a tighter, more forgiving seal in services with pressure fluctuations or light slurries. It bridges the gap between standard elastomers (like EPDM) and high-end solutions, offering an excellent balance of thermal stability and dynamic sealing performance.
"EPDM seals were failing in 3 months in our hot methanol lines. JRVAL's custom FKM-seated valves have been running for over 2 years without issue, thanks to their superior material engineering and molding process."— Lead Maintenance Engineer, Biofuel Production Facility See the Engineering Details →
