View Application GuideConditions: Chilled Water (Closed Loop), 5-12°C, PN10/PN16, Large Bore (DN250-800)
Flanged connections provide maximum rigidity and sealing for large pipes, preventing leakage. Ductile Iron is the most cost-effective body for HVAC water systems. A stainless or bronze disc prevents rust contamination. EPDM seats are perfect for chilled water temperatures, and electric actuators enable remote control and automation.
Conditions: Cooling Water (Open Loop), 25-40°C, PN10/PN16, poor water quality.
The open-loop system is highly corrosive. A full stainless steel (CF8/CF8M) valve offers superior corrosion resistance and extends service life. A Heavy-Body design provides greater structural strength. For budget-conscious projects, a ductile iron body with a Duplex steel disc is an excellent alternative with strong anti-pitting capabilities.
Conditions: Chilled/Hot Water, 5-85°C, PN16, frequent modulating duty.
The double offset design lifts the disc from the seat upon opening, drastically reducing friction and wear. It is the ultimate solution for high-frequency modulating services, lasting several times longer than concentric valves. This solves the most common point of failure for terminal unit control valves.
Conditions: System Water, PN16/PN25. Requires removal of downstream pipe.
A Lug-style body is the only safe choice for dead-end service. Its tapped bolt holes allow the valve to be independently secured to a single flange, safely holding back upstream pressure even when the downstream pipe is removed. An operator with a Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) feature is a critical safety requirement for maintenance.
Conditions: Fire Water (stagnant), PN16/PN25. Normally open.
Fire protection lines require valves that remain operational even after months of inactivity. The HP25 Series features a reinforced heavy-duty body to handle emergency pressure surges (up to 25 bar). Crucially, the combination of a stainless steel disc and high-grade EPDM seat prevents rust-locking (seizing), ensuring the valve opens instantly when the signal gearbox is activated.
Conditions: High-Temp Hot Water or Saturated Steam, 120°C - 250°C.
The triple offset geometry provides a true "zero-friction" camming action, which, combined with a laminated metal-graphite seat, perfectly solves the high-temperature sealing challenge. It achieves bubble-tight shutoff and is the ideal, high-performance choice for steam and hot water, often a highlight of our advanced product line.
As a true source manufacturer with an in-house foundry, we control every step from molten metal to finished valve. We control chemistry strictly (e.g., Ni > 9.3% for CF8 / 250μm Epoxy for DI) to ensure asset longevity.
We believe dependable isolation is a necessity, not an option. Every resilient-seated butterfly valve we produce is engineered for bi-directional, zero-leakage shutoff (ISO 5208 Rate A / API 598) as a baseline standard. This provides you with critical system isolation and energy efficiency without hidden costs
We provide a full range of actuation options, including electric and pneumatic (spring-return/double-acting). We specialize in safety and automation features like Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) provisions and Tamper Switches for remote monitoring, essential for modern building management systems (BMS).
