The project involved regulating water flow in a new irrigation network located in a region with extreme weather conditions—scorching summers (+45°C) and freezing winters (-20°C). The client, a mid-sized engineering firm, needed a cost-effective yet highly durable water butterfly valve. They required various sizes, from a 4 inch butterfly valve to a large 12 inch butterfly valve, that could guarantee reliable service and tight shut-off without the premium price tag of major international brands.

We began with a superior butterfly valve casting process. For the valve bodies, we used high-grade ductile iron with an epoxy coating, while the discs were made from stainless steel butterfly valve grade SS316 (or CF8M) for maximum abrasion and corrosion resistance. Unlike traders, we guarantee our materials meet international standards like DIN valve and ASME valve specifications because we control the entire process. This foundational strength ensures our ss butterfly valve products outperform competitors.
Precision Valve Machining for a Perfect Fit
Our key advantage is custom, precision valve machining. We engineered a combination of valve types for optimal performance. The main pipelines used a robust double flanged butterfly valve for secure mounting. For sections requiring easy maintenance or dead-end service, the lug type butterfly valve was ideal. We also supplied the versatile wafer type butterfly valve for intermediate points. The seat-to-disc contact on every type butterfly valve was machined to exact tolerances, paired with a resilient EPDM seat butterfly valve for a bubble-tight seal, even with temperature fluctuations. The difference between lug and wafer type butterfly valve options was clearly explained to the client for optimal placement.
