Why is your pinless stem-to-disc connection a key feature?

Traditional pinned connections are a common failure point under high torque or vibration. Our pinless design creates a solid, high-strength connection between the stem and disc. This eliminates the risk of pin failure, ensures reliable torque transmission, and significantly enhances the valve's long-term operational safety and reliability.

Are the seat and disc seal ring replaceable in the field?

Yes. Both the body seat and the laminated disc seal ring are fully replaceable on-site. This feature is crucial for minimizing operational downtime and reducing total cost of ownership. It allows for quick, cost-effective maintenance without the need for off-site repairs or full valve replacement, extending the valve's service life indefinitely.

What is the main advantage of a "triple offset" design?

The triple offset geometry creates a unique cam-like action that moves the disc seal off the body seat almost instantly. This eliminates friction and wear during opening and closing, which is the key to achieving a durable, repeatable, bi-directional zero-leakage seal (ISO 5208 Rate A) even in high-cycle, high-pressure, and high-temperature services.

Can your valves handle both high-temperature and cryogenic services?

Yes, but with specialized configurations. Our core triple offset design is the foundation. For high temperatures (up to 800°C), we use specific alloys and laminated graphite seals. For cryogenic services (down to -196°C), we use austenitic stainless steels, a cryogenic extended bonnet to protect the packing, and materials proven for low-temperature toughness.
